With over 1300 coffee shops across the UK and more than 1000 internationally, Costa Coffee is a global success story with a growing network of retail sites.
The client wanted to improve their social media presence in order to reach more people and inspire them to engage with their brand using #CostaMoments. This required the agency to establish a fun and friendly brand
image on social media which attracted a younger audience and positioned Costa as the better-handcrafted coffee.
FROM6 developed a social media strategy with specific content pillars to bring the brand to life. Using Costa’s brand guidelines, we created a consistent look and feel across all the client’s social media platforms. Competitions and influencers were used to target a younger audience and increase engagement.
