SalamAir is Oman’s first low-cost carrier, launched through ASAAS’s mandate to enrich the lives of the Omani people.

From6 pitched and won the branding project against five global agencies. Our relationship extended to manage their brand launch and all ATL and BTL communications for first 12 months of operation. This remit covered development and production supervision of the brand launch TVC, roll out of all launch advertising including social media content calendar and content production, and launch event activations and travel agent on-boarding campaigns.

The brand mark represents the forward movement of the company. The diamond represents our customer and is placed within the Brand Icons wing, representing the customer being carried on their journey with SalamAir. The weaving colours are representative of the blues and greens of the rolling hills and waters of Oman.

Working with the client to build a brand that reflected Oman and it’s culture and creating synergy within the brand elements.

We took influence from Oman’s landscape and textiles to create a reflection of Oman in every colour in the primary and secondary palette.

A new suite of graphic icons to complement the geo-contour lines, developed to have smooth corners flowing without sharp inorganic corners.

Collaborating with an international type foundry to create a font with its own unique personality specially for the brand.
